Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize
The prize is a curated experience in Beaminster, Dorset, home of Öskuhús, including:
- An overnight stay for two at the award-winning Hotel The Ollerod in a Deluxe Bedroom.
- A 3-course dinner and breakfast for two at The Ollerod. (Drinks excluded)
- A guided visit to Hooke Woods, including a tour of architectural buildings crafted from reclaimed ash trees plus an immersive workshop on incorporating ash into your diet.
- A special visit to Parnham House, showcasing how ash dieback is affecting the rural landscape.
2. Booking Window
- Prize must be booked and taken between September 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026.
- Blackout dates apply: Bank Holiday weekends, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Half Term weeks, and School Holidays.
- Booking is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 4 weeks in advance.
3. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Öskuhús, The Ollerod, or associated promotional partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. How to Enter
- To enter, simply sign up to our newsletter at www.oskuhus.co.uk and follow us on social media (@oskuhus).
- No purchase necessary.
- The competition closes at 11:59 PM on 21st July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Both newsletter sign-up and social media follow must be completed for a valid entry.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing date.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 working days, an alternative winner may be selected.
6. Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- Travel costs to and from Beaminster are not included.
- Any additional expenses not listed in the prize description (e.g., drinks, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.
- The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable promotional activity related to the competition.
7. Liability and Data Protection
- Öskuhús and partners accept no responsibility for entries not received for any reason or for any travel disruptions or cancellations.
- By entering, participants agree that any personal information provided may be used for the purposes of administering the competition and in line with our privacy policy.
8. Organizer
This competition is organized by Öskuhús, Beaminster, Dorset.
9. Acceptance
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will receive an Öskuhús ash tree coffee and tea bundle, containing a curated selection of our signature ash-infused coffee and tea products. The exact contents may vary depending on stock availability at the time of dispatch.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Öskuhús, their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.

- Öskuhús accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during delivery.

- Öskuhús reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Öskuhús accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other reasons beyond its control.

- Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.
